You should always use uppercase and lowercase letters, along with numbers of nine characters or more. If you do this you are less likely to be hacked or spammed by criminals or companies trying to obtain your information.
They say by doing this it would take an average of 44 thousand years to frigure out. They also report that using six characters of numbers or letters only takes 10 min. to hack.
I thought that was some helpful information for you to keep in mind.

1. You should always check for updates on your antivirus software, at least once a week.
2. Be sure to keep your Microsoft Windows Update.
3. Run a computer scan with your antivirus software at least once a week.
4. Never open an attachment in your e-mail if you don't know the sender, even be cautious when you do no the sender.
